Run Mom Run

The random thoughts and ideas of a mom as she learns more about herself and her life as she trains for a marathon. Running to raise money for Childhood Cancer Research. Learning to live again, love again after a loss from cancer, a loss of a child and a loss of her own innocence as she struggles to come to peace with life, herself and getting through the pain. A story of a woman, a mom and a not so perfect human being. My story!!

MOM ON A MISSION

My photo
RunMomRun
Emergency Room Nurse mother of 5 (2 of my own) 3 of my fiances. Heading toward 40 and self discovery, recovering from loss and learning to live again. My own personal journey to healing and learning with the help of friends and family. Training for a Marathon in Oct 2009 raising money for Childhood Cancer Research. Engaged to the love of my life...although he had to convince me of that! He really is my best friend and the best father to his kids and mine. This blog is about random thoughts and ideas as I train and head toward my bigger goal of running a marathon in Oct 2009. Self discovery is never a road we travel alone, we need those around us to also help us figure out who we are. who is more likely to point out your flaws and shortcomings if not your friends and family!
